GWO's hurricane zone forecasts for 2011 were issued to our clients in December 2010.  The forecasts predicted hurricane/or tropical storm conditions to occur in zone 1 Long Island and southern New England coast, zone 2 New Jersey through Virginia, zone 3 eastern North Carolina, zone 9 Upper Gulf Coast and northeastern Texas zone 10.  Specific forecasts for the remaining 9 zones cannot be released to the general public until the event occurs, or the season is over (this is in respect to our clients who purchased our specific forecasts).

GWO is in the final stages of implementing its first regional earthquake forecast.  Research indicates that certain PFM forecast cycles used by GWO show a near 90 percent correlation to occurrences of earthquakes. Predictions will have up to a 10 year lead time. California will be the first region available to our clients, other regions will become available as requests determine their importance. Please contact GWO if you have interest in a long-range earthquake forecast.

Accurate detailed Forecasts for the 11 United States zones were sent to our current clients in mid December 2011.  The risk probability forecasts for landfall hurricanes for the year 2011 also includes detailed zone outlooks for 2012, 2013 and 2014.
